Students will begin with quick observational studies to experiment with the different Conte colors and techniques including layering, blending, hatching, and creating highlights and shadows. They will then apply what they have learned to then create a finished observational drawing of a seashell(s).

This workshop encourages taking a closer look, experimentation, and an apppreciation of the unique forms and nature found in nature.
