Full-Time Lead Educator

Reporting directly to the Director of Education, the Lead Educator plays a key leadership role in the educational programming of our nonprofit art studio. Reporting directly to the Education Director, this position is responsible for delivering high-quality arts education programs, supporting program growth, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the studio's educational offerings. The Lead Educator will teach a variety of children's classes, oversee seasonal and summer programs, support adult learners with special needs, develop curriculum, manage studio materials, and collaborate closely with the Education Director to expand and strengthen the studio's impact within the community.
