Spending time in nature and connecting with our true selves can soothe, heal, and restore us. In this class, we’ll draw inspiration from the beauty around us to create a sacred mandala filled with meaningful imagery, positive words, and affirmations. Using printed words and images from magazines and other sources, along with watercolors and markers, you’ll craft a personal sanctuary on paper—a healing vessel that nurtures your spirit, inspires self-discovery, and serves as a gentle reminder to care for yourself and your well-being..
