Lego Week! ArtVentures Summer 2024

Best for Ages 6 - 11 years 

$575 for the week all materials included.

$350 for a sibling (sibling rate can only be applied to siblings registered in the same week.)

Join us for ArtVentures Summer Program 2024 where students will work with some of Long Island's best artists and educators! 

This week we will adventure into the world of Lego in fun and unconventional ways. 

Students will:

• Make beautiful and interesting graphic prints using Legos as the printing plates

• Learn how to design in 3d.
  

• Have access to Legos in the studio for creative and constructive and collaborative imaginative play
• Create indoor and outdoor art & more!
  

All materials are included along with a sketchbook and ArtVentures t-shirt for each child. Each day begins with some time to get to know one another and an introduction to daily projects. Children will work individually and collaboratively to create unique works of art. We will spend a TON of time outdoors, taking advantage of Gallery North’s sprawling campus. Lunch time will be spent picnicking around the gallery pond and snacks (given twice daily) will be on our terrace. A group Show & Share Exhibition will be held the last day to celebrate everyone’s creative accomplishments! All family and friends are welcome join us for the end of week exhibition.

Students must bring a bag lunch, water bottle & a towel or blanket to sit on outdoors. Snack is provided
