When thinking about painting, very few would associate it with the photographic medium. This workshop will introduce you to a painterly process using brushes, photographic chemicals, and light-sensitive paper. The results will look like a painting.
Additionally, we will make chemigrams using various resist materials such as honey, glue, nail polish, tape, etc., to create intriguing abstract imagery without the use of a camera. This workshop is about experimenting and finding new avenues of expression. No previous experience necessary.
