She has served as an art instructor in art museums, galleries, schools, libraries, nature centers, and assisted living facilities, with students ranging from ages 3 to 97!Mann combines a technical knowledge of materials and fine art skills with an education in art therapy, making every student feel comfortable and confident when they are learning and creating. She encourages her students to explore their personal interests and feelings as they experiment with different art media. She writes, “everyone is unique and creating art is our opportunity to express ourselves.”
