Ages 5-11years

Join certified yoga instructor Erin Casper as she guides students through the mindfulness process. During this yoga workshop children will practice relaxing breathing techniques, they will learn basic yoga poses and gain an understanding of relaxation tapping.  Along with their stuffed buddy they will develop skills for self calming. The basic yoga poses taught will help encourage use of the left and right side of the brain. 

**Students should bring a yoga mat, one or two light blankets and a stuffed animal to be their pose partner or yoga buddy! ( If you are in need of a yoga mat, no worries, please contact
